Global Education and the Arts

In 2008, I co-founded Blue Planet Global Education, a non-profit dedicated to coaching teachers on using international classroom-to-classroom collaborations to teach global competence and core curriculum. Since then, I’ve worked with 25 different countries around the world through creative, arts-integrated projects designed to spark students’ creativity, increase their global competence, and engage them on a path to becoming responsible and active global citizens. I believe in the power of the arts to build bridges across cultures, to create common ground, and to share what it means to be human.
