I approach program evaluation as a way to help organizations improve, reach their goals, and engage their stakeholders. It’s fascinating to help an organization to learn more about how well it functions and to create the tools and systems that will allow them to continue to improve in the future. In my role as a program evaluator and consultant, I’ve worked with non-profits organizations throughout South Florida, including the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, the Center for Creative Education, the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County, Arts4Learning/Miami, and Theatre Lab at Florida Atlantic University.
As a consulting investigator for the School District of Palm Beach County’s Arts Integration Model Development and Dissemination (AEMDD) federal grant, I analyzed the impact of arts-integrated professional development on student achievement at four Title I elementary schools.
